Erik Newton is the founding attorney of Newton’s Law PA. He represents owners and buyers of healthcare practices in Florida and Illinois: practice sales and acquisitions, partner buy-ins and buy-outs, and sales to DSOs and other corporate buyers. He handles each deal himself, from the letter of intent through closing and the transition that follows.

Experience

He began his career as a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago (2005 to 2007), after a judicial externship at the Michigan Tax Tribunal (2003). Since 2009 his practice has focused on transactional and advisory work for healthcare providers and closely held businesses, primarily dental practices. He was admitted to practice in Illinois and in Florida, and founded Newton’s Law PA in Lake Worth Beach in 2024.
