About The Firm
Newton’s Law is a healthcare-only M&A practice. The attorney working on your deal is the attorney who answered the phone — we do not hand the work to a generic associate. Our practice spans dental, veterinary, med spa, optometry, physician, and DSO transactions, and we handle the entire deal: LOI, due diligence, definitive agreements, lease and real estate, regulatory structuring, and closing. Specialized work, end to end.

Practical, End-to-End Deal Guidance
The attorney handling your deal is the attorney you meet today.
Erik Newton
Lead Attorney
Erik Newton founded Newton’s Law PA to provide entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, dentists, veterinarians, DSOs, MSOs, and other closely-held businesses with the caliber of counsel that most small firms cannot provide and most large firms are unwilling to offer.
A graduate of Vanderbilt Law and a former litigator at Kirkland & Ellis, Erik brings over twenty years of experience in healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance. His practice focuses on healthcare M&A — dental, veterinary, med spa, optometry, and physician transactions — along with DSO and MSO structuring and the professional-practice law that governs ownership and operation of healthcare practices in Florida.
Erik is admitted to practice in both Florida and Illinois and is based in Lake Worth Beach. He represents owners on both sides of the table in the transactions that matter most to them.
